[sneeze meme] He tried not to laugh and instead quickly handed her a ragged piece of cloth, not like tissues were easy to come by anymore-- at least not stale, moldy, pieces of paper.

      Abby took the rag, offering a smile. "Thanks." She wiped at her nose again before curling up slightly. "Do you want it back?" The little girl offered it with a giggle.

        It was no place for a child, a world like this. Everything had gone to hell and fallen apart. Dead people roamed the streets to eat the living. Everyone had lost their morals. It truly was the end of the world and yet here was a little girl still looking rather...cheery.

        Abby was all alone. She had been living in a small settlement but it had been over run and sent her packing. With both parents dead she had only herself for company but she did remember little tips her parents  gave her in order to make it. The first thing she did was find an old abandoned warehouse in the middle of nowhere and made camp in one of the store closets. At first she believed herself to be safe but a noise changed that.

        Slowly she poked her head out of the doorway and peered around. "Hello?" She called. "Anyone there?"
