So, since nobody on my team has the same initial as anyone else, I decided that for efficiency’s sake, I’m just going to use initials of their first names for team calendar.

Like, “S - license mocks,” or “B - calibration”.

I just got reprimanded for inappropriate signage, because a teammate is going to be OUT and her name starts with D.
