Any Hollow slain by a Soul Reaper is cleansed and sent to the Soul Society or banished to Hell if they committed heinous crimes while they were human, and though evolutionarily advanced with Soul Reaper powers, the Arrancars are still Hollows   

Assuming each Arrancar corresponds to a single dominant Hollow which used to be a living human, any Arrancar killed by a Soul Reaper must go to the Soul Society or to Hell based on that core soul that remained dominant throughout the evolutionary chain. Szayelaporro and Aaroniero are the only ones seen post-mortem in Hell, but it’s possible that there are non-Hollow versions of Stark and Ulquiorra’s original human souls living within the Soul Society.
