The thing about the Winx reboots is that they always seem to make the designs worse?? Like I feel like ik the original series it was awful how all of them were exactly the same size if y2k skinny but other than that each of the girls' designs are good. They each have a great color pallette and dress in a way that indicates a lot about their personality. They have varying skin tones.
Yet in the reboots, the thing that seems to stay the same is the skinniness and they even make their faces look nearly identical. All the while they're losing the charm of their personality-induced looks.
Like, I don't get why they are going with the 3D animation, when the original series style had so much character and charm and stood out. When they're redesigning the series, I feel like they just focus on wrong things and it looks like a cash-grab (probably is)
