I love how I will continually rage about how stupid and awful The Last Jedi was...
...but I still feel so excited when I see the Dreadnought or the Supremacy and even kinda love the Resistance bombers. And the A-wing.
I hate how everything was used in that movie but it was gorgeous. The Resistance ships all looked cool.
The one thing I will never have any love for are those sandspeeders. They make for cool visuals but my mind is forever plagued with the agony of “Why were they even there?!?” because there was no plan or purpose to their run.
#snowspeeders were already only slightly tolerable to me but these things are like the combination of the worst part of snowspeeders#and speeder bikes#while taking away the parts that make those two things cool#also they have zero aesthetic#ZERO AESTHETIC#no angular lines or sleek profiles#they're not even a Good Ugly like Sebulba's podracer#they're just...blah#and yet I still will probably defend them over ANYTHING from that garbage fire sequel#gosh#IT GOT WORSE#IT GOT SO MUCH WORSE#SOMEHOW#SOME. HOW.
