A theory I'd suggest looking into would be the:

'They Might Be Small' Theory

This theory states that the Johns are actually small, rather than what their name suggests.

An offshoot of this theory exists, called the "They Might Be Dolls" theory.

EVIDENCE:

Notice how they almost seem...like dolls in a playhouse...

How stiff they are, posed like they have doll joints...

SUSPICIOUS...Isn't it?

EXPLAINING HOW THEY PERFORM LIVE WITHIN THIS THEORY:

It is explained in this theory that life sized animatronics of the Johns exist, suggesting multiple fractured versions of the Johns themselves.

This is how they would perform live, and it explains why they tend to lie (ie: They Might Be Lies theory) in interviews as each version of the Johns you view in every different interview are seperate, custom animatronics.

Who these animatronics are built by is unknown; our staff are currently researching this.

i bring more for the robot john replacement theory. in the they might be giants friday night family podcast (for kids for families for you) the linnell puppet dresses up like a robot for Robot and Spaceman month.

during their performance of robot parade, after delivering the line “to build a giant cyborg”, robot john linnell proudly exclaims “that’s me!” this is found in NO OTHER RECORDINGS OR PERFORMANCES of the song as flans is the one who performs it. further evidence that jl is a robot from a future time.

This will go into the EVIDENCE FOLDER for the ROBOT JOHNS REPLACEMENT THEORY (there is a lot evidence so far!)

John Linnell is definitely a robot and it's good to finally see everyone come around to this fact!

And, that performance (and many others) of Robot Parade is damning evidence against the Johns amidst their behaviour and plans.

The reason THE BRAINWASHING THEORY is so heavily tied to this is how it relates back to how the Johns marketed this all to children after brainwashing their parents to do the John's bidding decades earlier.

TMBG are not real, but they are a figment of all of our imaginations

This is something I've heard before and there is a theory on it:

They Might Be Imaginary :

This a theory that the 2 Johns originate from the brain of a child scared of the dark after a car accident, this would explain Birdhouse In Your Soul and why car crashes are a common topic in TMBG songs.

As this child grew up they would go on to have their own family and this is where the kids albums would be made by the Johns.

It's a theory that, us at TMBC HQ, wouldn't mind looking into deeper, it would definitely explain a lot about what everyone is in the dark about!
