The thing about other people's pain and suffering is that it's THEIRS, and we can't understand it. Addiction is a beast and his overdose triggered me. I've seen some amazing tributes, and some judgemental ones. I doubt they realize it, but it is... This hits home and addiction is an illness in my opinion. Let's normalize getting help for our loved ones instead of exiling them. Many are often shocked when they find out people's former/current addictions after death. Many suffer in silence and that hurts my 💔 😔 😞 😪 😢 😕 I drank at home, and many were shocked 😲 when I went away to get help....some of you may have just found out. This pandemic has wreaked havoc on everyone, but it's been exceptionally hard on some creatives, people with mental issues/suffering with depression, addiction, and the abused. This resonates with me, because although my friend pulled the trigger, it was addiction and her pain that took her life... I just want us to heal/help more and condemn/harm less. 🧘🏾♀️♾🙏🏾 #Waylove #WayloveTheLifeCoach #sobrietycanbeastruggleforsome #addictionisanillness #theyneedhelpfirst #iknowitshardtodealwith #iknowsometimesyoucantsavethem #icouldntsaveher #ihadtochooseme #alcoholabuseisanillness #maytheyrestinpeace #theyarefreeoftheiraddictions #nikko https://www.instagram.com/p/CTgXEDjr_Im/?utm_medium=tumblr
