Thank you for a fantastic summer!
As we change seasons, I want to take time to thank you for changing with us this summer. This summer was an experiment as I transitioned to a new city and job opportunity; my dear yogi friends stepped in HUGE to help keep outdoor yoga going. Please thank and follow Jessica Rosenberg at Superstretch Yoga and at Modo Yoga, Meg Morrow at Life Time Fitness & Blooma, Rebecca Sheldon at Calhoun Beach Club and Dori of Yoga by Dori. And also check out our new musician friend Jeremy Ginsburg.
I could not have made this summer possible without these incredible instructors’ generosity and without you for still coming together and keeping the spirit of outdoor yoga for all beings alive, no matter what you can afford. It’s a testament to you all that from 5-6 summers ago, this has grown from 10 friends practicing with me to being able to continue without my weekly presence. I hope you have enjoyed amazing new instructors and met a new friend or two.
Thank you for your patience for any quirks this summer and please do share any feedback. I’d love to keep this going next summer. We all enjoyed our time with you.
Fun Memories
“ My favorite moment was when my friend, Jeremy sang his original song "Just Breathe". I am not sure if Jeremy recorded it, but there was something special about it! “ -- Rebecca
“ I had crazy weather to start - sprinkles that turned into steady rain that turned into a downpour + lightning - and you can't believe how many yogis stuck it out. We also had some perfect weather, lots of fans driving/walking by and a super fun summer community. “ -- Meg (You all prove again how tough and hearty you are! #embracesummer)
“It was a fun summer!”-- Jess (a simple and sweet way to sum up summer from the on who took a lot of pictures, created a logo and coordinated a lot of the logistics. Words cannot convey my immense gratitude. The Twin Cities community is LUCKY to have her.)
