@Regrann from @wise_supreme - One of my goals was to be more conscious of what I put into my body, and in my effort, I don't point fingers at those who do what they do. The goal is to educate, and I believe I have my own method of doing so. Sanford and Son was one of my favorite shows growing up for many reasons. In this scene Lamont tells his father, #Sanford , they will no longer be eating pig because pork is unhealthy, but the real reason is because Lamont has found his Afrikan roots and has decided to make a few changes. I can't deny the truth that he is speaking, and as a non vegan, one of MY goals was to do away with pork all together. #whatyoueatdontmakemeshit but as most people know, eating pork and other meats can cause cancer, so they say, but what doesn't cause cancer these days? (this isn't an invitation for #knowitalls to list a bunch of shit from Google explaining what causes cancers.) I understand the goal is to live long, strong and healthy, but even with that being said, you can't live forever. ⏰ The look on Sanford's face at the end when #Lamont said no more pig feet, pig ears, neck bones, strikalene, fat back, salt pork, lard, and no more chitlins.
