Hefzy raised her eyebrow, that certainly was not the answer that she was expecting, though it was more than pleasing to hear him talking to her like that “I am not sure if the stories that i would be able to tell you are pleasant to hear, i’m afraid” And that was nothing but the true. It was not until she could reach him and find herself under the protection of his wing that the redhead allowed herself to feel happy, to feel safe. But prior to that, well, life was not exactly kind with that woman.
Smile upon her face, she nodded, taking the cup he so kindly offered. “If a game is what my king would like to have then i shall gladly play it. Let’s see” She took a sip from the wine and closed her eyes, thinking for a second.
“Once upon a time there was a princess. They said her hair was made of actual fire and she held the ocean in her eyes. Graceful as a deer on the run. Her father was the all mighty king and everyday he would spend time with her, teaching her the ways of his kingdom, whilst her mother taught her the arts of seduction. Her life was not as perfect as she wanted it to be though. The King decided to trade the love of her mother for the arms of power, he had other children, kids that didn’t hold his resemblance, but had his power, and left the princess behind. One fine day, the great king decided to go on a hunt, and thanks to the intricate conspiracy of his knew wife, he died in a suspicious accident. The young prince, her so called sibling then decided that her life was not one worth living, and with a grasp of his claws he took everything away from her. Her home, her mother, her name. And so she left the city and found her way into the woods. Right when she thought there was no hope for her a young wolf came on her way. And instead of digging his fangs on her as she thought he would do, the wolf tried to protect her and welcomed her into his pack. The two of them eventually became good friends. It didn’t take long before she realized that the queen had taken just as much from him as she did from her, and so she decided to return to her city, and give the queen what she deserved, make justice for the young wolf that she held so dearly in her heart.”
In a single movement she finished her cup of wine. “In that story i told something true, something false and something that i wish would happen. Can you tell those apart your grace?”
