My Mother needs to stop

I’m a fairly level headed person, but after I saw this video, I decided to not care at all and punch a wall (I am not lying. I honestly punched a wall, anger is a crazy thing). You see, racist acts of violence kinda make me, as well as many other people on tumblr pissed, and seeing what happened in Texas threw me over the edge. So, with my hand swollen and beginning to bruise, I walked out of my room to grab some ice and all my Mother could say was, “I think that wasn’t very mature, Honey”. All I wanted to say to her was, “I might be a little immature when it comes to racial inequality, but at least I don’t lose my shit, laughing, over a dick you made out of cheese”. I just needed to rant and the only social media my mother, or her “spies”, aren’t on is tumblr. If anyone thinks that my reaction was childish, please tell me how you think I should have reacted to a cop shoving a young girl to the ground, pining her there and threatening other children just because of their skin.
