Okay so about the “Districts have religion” fic I have I was wondering how the heck I portray this because 1. I’m very much not religious (more so that I can’t grasp it as a concept) and 2. I decidedly don’t wanna be offensive in anyway. So was wondering if anyone had like any tips as to how I could go about this the right way?

Solely cause I really want to get this right given how interesting it is as a concept.

Please if anyone has any suggestions on this let me know!

Thinking of making an AU of TBoSaS heavily inspired by Undertale in that they all have magic specific to their souls as well as districts. For example Lamina has the soul of perseverance and an ability related to plants. Treech has the soul of patience and can basically manifest axes he can manipulate and throw at people that sort of thing.

I was thinking of expanding on the soul thing too and just add more of them?

But anyways they also have this thing called “killing intent” basically this verse’s L.O.V.E. as well as the ability to hide it from others and basically flip a “switch” and go full on attack mode. It’s honestly kinda similar to how originally people thought Chara was the bad guy except they could all secretly be the bad guy here.

Honestly I don’t know where I’m going with this idea but figure it could be a cool twist to the recent magic aus I’ve seen on here. Plus… Undertale is lowkey my favorite game anyway? So overall just fits.

Hey do you guys think it would be possible for tribute to be born with unnatural eye colors, like purple or gold or something like that cause it could be an effect to whatever caused Panem in the first place? Or like a genetic mutation of some kind that happened as a result of whatever happened prior to Panem existing kinda like what was shown in the Netflix show “Sweet Tooth” or something like that?

Just imagine a tribute with purple eyes staring deep into your soul, to them it’s normal but to others it’s some uncanny valley type thing. With the all having some sort of “otherness” to them rather but overall looking like normal humans though you can’t help notice something is off about them.

Because I was thinking that for the Undertale inspired AU they sorta get the eye color of their souls? Or rather like shades of them, which could be really cool.
