Out of all my Muttation ocs and in my lore she's the smartest. Lupanar is the mutt equivalent of a Finnick Odair to put it lightly, she kinda satiates the weird monster fetishes some Capitol elites may have, that's her main purpose. Because of that she has to be pretty intelligent human wise so she doesn't kill someone or like stuff like that she has to be able to communicate and comprehend at a adult human level.
She's incredibly smart. She lived with one of the head scientists in the mutt lab before getting her own little apartment space somewhere so clients have easier access and yada yada. She is considered one of the most prized successful Experiments. Unclear what district she is from or if she’s from the Capitol but she was genetically modified years and years ago. Rebellion spikes and because she is close with the head scientist, she got keys into the mutt zoo and let the other mutts all out to wreck havoc on the city. Fossa was one of them but she ended up just sticking by Lupa for abit since she's very intelligent aswell.
She has a superiority complex, mostly because she was never caged in the mutt zoo or lab, she had more freedoms. And also because she’s intelligent and not just mindless like majority. Shes a natural leader and despite everything she’s been through she still has an air of confidence. She has both male and female genitalia (genetically modified that way) but strictly identifies as female or femme adjacent.
she is a werewolf like human/mutt! Very wolf based. Her name comes from the word Lupa which means she wolf, which was also used as a name to call prostitues. Lupanar is a ancient Roman brothel(a place where people pay to have sex with prostitutes)
Her name rlly fits her and the fact it has Roman history fits well with Panem
