I just love the differences in Finnicks personality you see coming up when he gets Annie back. The capitol buit him up to have this sexy and seductive mannerism, and years of that is hard to overturn. Inside, he just wanted to quit all that and go back to his sweet Annie.

When he finally gets her back, he becomes so much kinder and gentler. Annie reverses all the evil the capitol did to him. She makes him into who really always was. He forgets all the pain, because none of that matters anymore. He’s with his one true love

I'm currently rereading all the hunger games books before reading sunrise on the reaping, and this quote in tbosas "the shows not over until the mockingjay sings" just hit me because Katniss becomes the Mockingjay in the thg trilogy and her singing ignites the rebellion that ultimately lead to Snow's and the Captial's end
