My son has been dealing with a sore throat, congestion and congested cough for about a week. He's the only that has it in our home. We thought maybe he was was getting strep throat so we took him to his doctor. But his culture came in clean and it is not a virus. They told us to just give support (Dr knows we don't do meds). My son is stubborn and although he wants to get better, he gets lazy about forcing fluids, eating healthy and resting. He finally opened up the Thieves Cough Drop I gave him and while complaining how it won't work, he puts it in his mouth. Not even a few minutes later I hear home say, "I don't understand how that works so fast." His sinuses had cleared up and throat was soothed. He happily took a few lozenges to school with him today.
