They are of the divine dragon species of lesser dragons. Their kind possess no true tie to divinity, and are named as such due to their tendency to nest within settlements and protect it and its people from danger, in exchange for offerings from the locals (typically necessities like food and blankets). Divine dragons have an affinity for lightning and wind, giving them devastating lightning attacks along with incredible lightness and nimble flight. An adult divine dragon weighs only 10 pounds while conscious, only being of their true weight while asleep.
The dragon comes from the city of Pashulm far south of Fort Tallu. On a whim, they decided to abandon their identity when finding their own town to settle in. Only a handful of people know their true name.
The dragon is a light-hearted and silly dragon, who enjoys the attention of the people of Fort Tallu. Due to their mother's teachings, they are also a proficient artist, who's very good at using their paws for writing and drawing, which their kind typically struggle with. When defending their town, they focus on swift flyby attacks and long-distance lightning strikes, leaving close-up fights to the town guard and the adventurers.
Something unusual has happened, however, and now they receive bizarre, otherworldly offerings, which appear in their offering shrine overnight. They can be for good or bad, but the dragon appreciates them nonetheless. Even if they wish for far less explosives or annoying magic hands.
The dragon is the adoptive parent of two hatchlings, whose eggs showed up in their offering box over two years ago: Hat and Cup. They are also in a relationship with a famous divine dragon who live relatively close to the east: Ashamarru, the Shipbreaker of Hopeful.
