I love that hunger games post. I’m actually a huge fan and I consider it the last great dystopian (although I’d love to be proven wrong there are so many shitty “dystopians”) I hate how the story has been treated by irl audiences and critics because they’re taking the romance bait when it was never about romance. Also I read the books when they came out and I really liked how self sufficient Katniss was and now I own a bow and I’d call myself a decent shot.

ambessa medarda was incredible and correct at everything but being a good mother. Sad but that's probably why a lot of her strengths (excluding appearance) seem to be ignored by the fandom theorists :(
