I saw your tag on my Navillera set asking if Song Kang being professionally trained ballet dancer. He's not! He did train for 6 months which I'm sure was grueling and you really see the result of his hard work in this drama. I thought they would use his body double in the final performance but I looks as if 99% of it is him which is very impressive.

It looked like he at least had some genuine idea what he was doing. It’s very cool that his training paid off. I feel like sometimes people claim they’ve trained for a role but where does it go???

While I totally respect that people have their own opinions about dramas, I don't agree that Flower of Evil was 15 episodes of pain. Sure, there is angst, but it's beautifully written and more of a character study and thriller than pure pain from start to finish. Lee Joon Gi's character is unarguably put through the wringer and the poor guy is a literal and figurative punching bag throughout the drama. But it's also a great story about love, loyalty & forgiveness. I'd definitely recommend.

Ok, this drama is coming back to my plan to watch list ... 

I’ll be sure to be in the right mood tho, as in feeling like crying my heart out

Lee Joon Gi's in my black list since Moon Lovers, bc I know how much he did hurt me in it lol

Seriously tho, they cast him in the most heart wrecking dramas bc they know how well he can deliver it... that’s why I’m always extra cautious about his dramas >.<

what started you creating content? what is it about creating gifs that you enjoy?

When dramaintherain™ came to be it was not my intention to get into gif-making and if you check out my early archived posts I was just focused on posting screen captures and really ignoring how tumblr basically ruined the quality of everything I posted by resizing it.

Prior to getting into k-drama giffing I had some experience with primarily old Hollywood movies (some gifsets are still flying about but I no longer remember the blog’s name) and it’s something I remember having fun doing.

One thing led to another, and I ended up - on top of posting screen captures - also trying out gifs. What really catapulted me was the ending of tumblr’s archaic gif size limits, and essentially taking close to two years to realise I could be posting something neater if I set the width to 540xp.

What I enjoy about gif-making is how thrilling it is to assemble something that is ultimately very personal as you spend quite a bit of time changing details here and there to shape it into something you feel good just looking at it but also the communal, public aspect of putting these animated images out there so you can find and engage with others who enjoy the same experience as you.

It’s a very gratifying experience despite how much tumblr’s arbitrary changes try to transform that into living hell.

It’s AMAZING. Like, unbelievably good. I don’t cry during shows and that one got me at least four times

It really is an amazing drama, I mean I’m laughing in one scene and then crying the next... I wish I didn’t wait so long to watch it but better late than never ^^’
