Kingdom Hearts / Big Hero 6 Headcanon

Okay. So the worlds in the KH universe are often parallel ones to their 'Disney canon', such as the Land of Dragons, the Pride Lands etc. but there are some world's which exclusively belong to the Kingdom Hearts universe made up of the Realms of Light and Darkness. Such world's include the Destiny Islands, Twilight Town, Hollow Bastion, etc. etc. Franchise info ends. Headcanon begins. Another such world is San Fransokyo. Citizens are unaware of other worlds and have as of yet been unaffected by the Darkness like other worlds. No one really is aware of the concept of the Heart the way the KH Heroes are. Moving swiftly on to the main BH6 part of this because otherwise I'll start rambling. Movie happens, nothing different in terms of the events. BUT... Tadashi isn't technically 'dead' - he lost his Heart. However, because his Light was so strong, his Heartless retained his memories of who he was and he was able to possess Megabot to keep an eye on Hiro. Realising his little brother needed help when his own Heart was losing its own Light, Tadashi made part of Megabot fall apart and onto Hiro's toe, causing the kid to activate Baymax and kickstart the rest of the movie. Also his Nobody's probably out there somewhere. Haven't decided what he'd be doing.
