Aziraphale is NOT bad at being an angel he is bad at following bureaucratic orders!!!! How many times do I have to say this!? Angels are supposed to be made of LOVE, they're literally there to LOVE THE EARTH. Aziraphale is the only one who is ACTUALLY doing this without any strings attached!!! He just loves earth!!! He loves food and books and humans and animals and all the interesting little things that humans come up with!!!
And Crowley is NOT a bad demon either!!!! In fact, he's fantastic at it!!! He's just not one for big slam dunk single use evil. Crowley spreads evil by slowly pissing off hundreds of people at a time with little inconveniences. He walks down a street and at least 10 people feel lust, temptation accomplished. While he takes credit for human evil that he had nothing to do with, he's also quite skilled at widespread low grade evil!!!!
THEY'RE NOT BAD AT THEIR JOBS! THEY JUST DONT DO THEM THE WAY THEIR BOSSES THINK THEY SHOULD!!!!!
