im gonna tell u a ghost story. before i go on, yes this happened irl. Ever since i was a small child, when i moved into this particular room, i always hear someone knock at my window. When i moved back into the room a few years later, i completely forgot about it until i was trying to sleep and i heard very soft tapping. It was on the wall. It was very annoying and for about 2 months it went on like that. I asked around about it and a friend of mine said that he could see/talk with ghosts (1/3)

and that i needed to "bring it to school" If i did everything correctly, it would follow me to school and he'd be able to identify it. That lead to me writing symbols on my arms and saying some shit but hey w/e i just wanted to sleep better. When i got to school after all that he just looked at me with disbelief and looked away. "Dude... dude it actually worked i can't believe it." This lead to me and him trying to figure out what it is and what it's doing. It's basically a demon. After awhile he said that more and more kept following me and it summed up to 13. They never had particular faces except for 2. The demon one, and a girl with blonde hair, really pointy teeth. The rest were black blobs that he "really doesn't want to go into detail about." to sum it up: my mom had a bunch of abortions, they haunted her, i popped out, haunted me, and the family demon decided to follow me to school that day.

So i've been identifying as a boy for about a month, and still can't get used to it?? I accidentally call myself "Her" and use my real name, and I don't bother to fix anyone when they call me a she. I mean, i try, but they just call me a transvestite and go their merry way... Is there anyway to make myself used to calling myself a boy/my other name?

To be honest I’ve been identifying as trans for about four years and I still sometimes mess up my own name and pronouns.

I think the best ways to get used to it is by a.) practicing and b.) having other people use the correct name and pronouns. When introducing yourself to new people try to use your preferred name and if you mess up write it off as a mistake (you’re not lying because it is) and use the excuse that you’re tired.

Also, don’t let people call you a transvestite, dude! I understand that it’s intimidating but it’s important to explain your situation so people can use the right pronouns.
