Every year Dr. Mongezi Makhalima work with a limited number (Max. 6) of prospective PROFESSIONAL coaches to help them in their aspiration to become effective coaches that help people across the world to achieve their own goals. He has opened intake for the session starting on 30 April 2021. In the program he will share Foundations of coaching, deal with basics of skills and attitudes of professional coaching, theories that underpin coaching and Africa's contribution to it, you will practice and DO actual coaching with your peers so that when you leave that initial session, you CAN coach!
