Welcome to 100 AUTHORS IN 100 DAYS I am your host Adriana. Today it is all about Conversations for transformation where we find out THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY A place where we get the opportunity to explore why the author/writer became the author and what we can all learn from it as a collective. We explore writers and artists and luminaries all writing about life, the world, and our future in it. Today I interviewed Elis Salamone, LT Colonel (R), Career Ownership Coach at The Entrepreneur's Source | Veteran | Nurse Practitioner
Message Contacting Elis: O: 253-328-7377 www.esalamone.esourcecoach.com Email: [email protected] Elis (e) Salamone has successfully coached and mentored others throughout her entire professional career.
As a highly decorated military officer and nurse practitioner, she has led teams in Afghanistan and in stressful medical environments with grace and grit. Her personal and professional experiences have taught her the power of resiliency, perseverance, and adversity which has helped her overcome and understand, the “battered career syndrome”. After transitioning from military service, finding her happy place in the civilian sector never really happened, so she decided it was time to take all her experiences and love for helping others to start her own business.
This is when I discovered The Entrepreneur’s Source, a 36-year-old coaching service that aligned with her desire to empower herself and others into career ownership. Her ultimate priority is to help fulfill everyone’s’ potential and see them succeed. In a trusted safe environment, she will guide you through a journey of education, awareness, and discovery of possibilities that align with your goals, needs, and expectations in this new chapter. She holds two master’s one in leadership from Regis University in Denver, CO, and another in nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University.
In her free time, she is passionate about time with family and friends, public speaking, traveling, reading, coffee, community service, and personal/professional development.
Latinas 100 Project is open for any Latina wanting to be published in an anthology for (free) Essay's can be 800-100 words.
