I think a lot of people in the world have SOMETHING that helps them get into the right frame of mind for the day. I call it their thinking juice. It can be excercise , religious practice like prayer or scripture reading, a good drink in the morning (like #not sponsored Diet Coke), or maybe time with family, or even just writing/drawing something down on paper.
