mercy character flaws i think are what make her interesting. shes a liar and an addict. shes selfish, overwhelmingly so. shes cold and distant, or at least she tries to be. shes angry, so so so angry. she is vengeful and self absorbed. she is impulsive and hot headed. shes insecure and stubborn and apathetic as a coping mechanism.

that being said a lot of these are self inflicted to keep others from getting close. she is incredibly awkward and bad socially. she was pretty sheltered growing up. she has a soft spot for animals and the elderly. she genuinely cares even though it terrified her to show it. she may not know what to say or how to comfort those around her but she will stay by someones side for as long as they need. she can be extremely gentle and soft given the right situation and shes wildly sentimental as well
