Moderation is a MUST with anything you approach in life. Especially, when it comes to people, habits, and food. • Self control is key even with the things you love. We as beings tend to go overboard and ultimately what is good for us typically becomes unhealthy. Due to how we abuse it such as television, video games, apps, and more on. • When it comes to food, even fruit or water can become a negative if it’s not consumed in moderation. Don’t get me wrong, I rather you pig out on fruit and water vs chips and soda. All in all the key is to not pig out on anything but mindfully consume everything. #G2DGMentality 🧠 • Watching television and playing games are not necessarily bad. It’s how often and how long. You shouldn’t be playing games for 6 hours straight knowing you have deadlines or didn’t exercise your brain in an educational format. • Taking the same approach and having the audacity to expect different results is insane. We all have habits that does not work towards our goals. So be mindful and set yourself up to begin eliminating those habits. Some of my bad habits are biting my nails when I’m in deep thought. Eating outside my spectrum when I’m around family. Never saying no to certain folks, I somehow feel obligated to always say yes to.
