#Repost @colvinology ・・・ Espresso Marshmallow Stout from Untitled Art (@untitledartbrewing) and Equilibrium (@eqbrewery) (12%), and the Master Grade Hyaku Shiki 2.0 . Right off the bat, it it smells exactly as advertised. I'm getting sweet aromas of marshmallow fluff and dark roast coffee, with some lighter notes of chocolate. VERY strong roasted coffee flavors in the sip, complimented by creamy sugar sweetness. It doesn't quite taste like an artificially flavored "marshmallow coffee," more like someone made you cup of high quality dark roast coffee, and they wouldn't let you put sugar in it (because it would ruin the flavor) so you used marshmallows instead, and it ended up delicious...That's a really long and meandering way of saying it's a smooth, brilliantly roasty stout with a great, subtle marshmallow sweetness that never becomes overpowering. It's a better coffee beer than it is a marshmallow beer, but it's a *REALLY* good coffee beer.
