Beef bulgogi coming up! This thin sliced ribeye has been marinating for a few hours before I cooked in on the @rectecgrills Trailblazer using their grill griddle. At the end I threw the beef in a super hot skillet to give it a little more color and warm it again. We are making beef bulgogi bowls tonight so it’s time marinate the meat. I found some thin sliced ribeye made for shabu shabu at a local store. This will be perfect! I’m making the marinade with sushi soy sauce, grated Bosc pear, grated ginger, sliced scallions, minced garlic and dark brown sugar.
