I know many of you know a lot about coffee. But I want to share something with you. This is actually coffee. Yes, I'm not joking. I saw this a couple weeks ago in a local market in Gleno Timor Leste. And I asked what it was. For real. I have seen all kinds of burned dark roasts. Bet never pure charcoal before! Crimes against coffee. This photo may not show it well but last night I roasted the las precious bit of Los Palomos from Urrao Colombia deep into second crack. Roasting in the backyard while cooking in the kitchen, running back and forth... Bad idea. Anyway it taste like charcoal. Sorry Leo, @leonardo_fpu maybe you can grow some more.
