Crimes against coffee. This photo may not show it well but last night I roasted the las precious bit of Los Palomos from Urrao Colombia deep into second crack. Roasting in the backyard while cooking in the kitchen, running back and forth... Bad idea. Anyway it taste like charcoal. Sorry Leo, @leonardo_fpu maybe you can grow some more.
