Third parent
Being the oldest child never meant that it was our job to watch our younger siblings.
To protect them and love them, I will always do but to act as a third parent is ridiculous.
When I was born, my birth certificate didn't have a list of job requirements.
It did not say I was to be a third parent to kids I didn't give birth too. Sounds immoral to think this way but all the pressure on our backs is not fair.
Its painful to have to be right all the time.
To have to not make no mistakes just so they grow up right. I don't want you to follow in my footsteps.
I know how I can be and how I want to act.
Don't be disappointed when I fail the job you gave me without pay.
