At most, Goku would be super excited to see this other ultra-powerful being and would ask to fight and see how strong Supes is. If Superman is so powerful he can beat Goku, then fine: but they’d never fight to kill because Goku would be able to see right away Clark is a hero with a noble heart. Same thing vice versa. They’d just find some dead rock out in space somewhere and become friends in a good-old-fashioned sparring match.
