Wicked Whims is the biggest one. (Adds realistic sex and no blurs but you have to download animations)

Wicked perversions allows you to be a sex worker. So does sacrificial mods Hoe It Up (which I have for the stripper pole. I don’t like the other aspects of it so far.)

Also basement mods has a drug and alcohol mod that is pretty fun.

I literally built a sex club where my current character can go and dance and meet with clients. It’s interesting.

She’s got a whole backstory and everything and there’s also other mods you can download that make the game more lifelike.
