I'm too scared to do anything. Just frozen in time, the hours ticking away. I tremble with anxiety, but don't move otherwise. Someone help. The world feels threatening, and even more so my own mind. I thought this would go away, but it just keeps coming back to haunt me. Uncomfortable everywhere. I just want to curl up into someone's arms and start to believe the words "it's gonna be okay" actually mean something...
