I keep telling myself that I’d be a writer, from 8 to now I’ve been in my bedroom thinking; if only everyone knew. But, but the thing is I have clinical ADHD and whenever I start a prompt the next thing I know is that I have 10 other ideas, no way for them to connect, a sprawling universe, 70 main characters and no idea how to choose one. Just throw me into a lake already.

A few weeks ago at church, we asked the kids in the pre-k Sunday school class why we celebrate Christmas. In honor of Christmas, today I will share my favorite off-topic answers I got to this question:

"We can't celebrate Christmas yet! My room isn't even decorated!" :(

"My dad's dad is my grandpa, and he's a firefighter!!!"

"Sometimes, my mommy gets REALLY mad at my daddy!"
