so eliot’s always super up for any kind of italian. he’s got a thing for pasta. it’s filling. delicious. full of carbs, super versatile. delicious. BUT. eliot’s go to cooking comfort food for the summer is bread. any kind of bread. eliot makes all kinds of bread in the summer when he can leave the windows open. when he can experiment with different dough and cook times and shit. in the WINTER eliot’s go to comfort cooking is stews. lots of different kinds of stews. or pies.
