I'm now in physical therapy for my everything. And they brought me papers for me to do homework, marked the exercises to do 2-3 times per day.

I did 1 set of exercises and I felt so nauseous just from twisting my neck a little. Am I fucked?

I bought a fancy bunch of oolong tea bags that's flavored as 'strawberry milkshake'.

i've been craving tea for a while now. I think I love the satisfaction of the drink more than the flavor itself, but that is probably because I undersoaked the tea bag. Next time I'll leave it in the boiling water for at least 2.5 minutes

(every tea says that you should steep the tea for like 4-5 minutes, but im sensitive to tannin and it makes the flavor very bitter for me. So I tend to cut the steep time in half to keep most of the flavor while not letting most of the tannin into my tea. same with coffee)

at least i knew how to keep myself calm enough and passed out through the worst of it. and by passed out, i mean i laid there with my eyes closed as i drifted through the worst of it. my brain said I was asleep, despite the constant running random words entering my brain, so i was asleep
