Thanks for this ask, @arrthurpendragon! This list of facts is for Devnet Casey, the third member of the trio that includes Kari MacOrish and Enya Sun. Dev's face claim is Renee O'Connor/Gabrielle of Xena fame.
Dev is slightly younger than Kari and Enya at around 1497, but do three years really count for immortals?
If Dev were asked what her favorite era is in her long life, it would have to be the the Lost Generation period of the 1920s. She moved to Paris after World War I and lived there peacefully and happily amongst fellow writers and artists until the dawn of World War II.
During World War II, Dev rejoined Enya in London with the two none the wiser that Kari was in England as well. They only reconnected after Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers' apparent deaths.
Dev had a thing for Howard Stark, and the two had a "spring fling" for a couple of years before Dev finally got a tad tired of Howard's wandering eye. They did stay friends and in touch until he met and married Maria. Dev always felt it would be hard for Howard to explain her presence to Maria, so she backed away gracefully.
While Kari has always had cats and dogs around her, Dev is more partial to dogs. Her favorite breed is the majestic Irish Wolfhound. She has had many over the centuries, and her current one is named Tyrone.
While Kari is from County Kildare, Dev is from County Galway in Ireland. She has a home in the city of Galway and has been known to give lectures on writing and history at National University of Ireland, Galway.
Being from Galway, Dev is also a lover of the sea. Over the centuries, when she is back home, Dev loves to go to the docks and local pubs to talk with the seamen about their travels.
While Dev is known for her romance novels and the tomes she has written about the adventures she has had with Kari and Enya, she is most proud of the Irish history books she has written for children. She is currently working on a series for children that encompasses facts about the people of other nations who now make Ireland their home.
During the 1960s, Dev jumped feet first into the music scene in London. While Kari and Enya both love to sing, Dev loves dancing, and she found herself many nights in discotheques dancing The Frug and The Freddie with all the Mods in the clubs.
Does Dev consider herself a domestic goddess? That would be a no. Yes, Dev can cook, and she does not have daily hired help to take care of her place, but she does not consider herself a pro at any of it. She thinks one of the greatest inventions in history is the microwave!
