I’m not even in the Sherlock fandom anymore but I have such an issue with this moment

Listen, in the first season (or was it the second one?) there was that scene where Sherlock leans over the microscope and bangs his hand on the table, Mrs Hudson jumps up in fear and runs out.

Around the second season we saw Sherlock knock a guy out and throw him out the window for hurting Mrs Hudson.

We know little about her past, but we did figure out from some hints like that that her husband was abusive, I think it was later canonically confirmed what sort of guy he was.

And yet, Sherlock plays with that fear by waving a gun around in front of her and screaming at her? Yet, fandom finds that sort of gifset funny because of him acting out?
