Staring at the blank page in front of him, Jackson sighed heavily as he lifted his eyes to look up at the empty bar in front of him. Of course, a Wednesday night wasn’t always the most busy time, but that didn’t mean it had to be completely dead in here. His homework was getting the best of him, and he wasn’t sure what else he could to make the time go by faster. Well, there were definitely things he could be doing, but that didn’t mean he wanted to do them. He rolled the sleeves of his flannel shirt up to his elbows, unbuttoning the first couple buttons to get more comfortable. He looked back down at the forms he was filling out before he heard the door open, and his eyes looked up to see who would walk in. When the person sat down, he walked over to their spot at the bar, hands resting on top of it. “What can I get you?”
