I hate that in the west, people who would be categorized as lower class don’t have the basic right of being able to choose healthy and nutritious foods and instead have to resort to eating fast food because that’s the cheapest and most convenient option they’ve got. Because fruits and vegetables are so expensive, even for me who’s a middle class citizen. Which is so incredibly fucked up. These fast food corporations are literally making sure every single aspect of their lives is lacking in quality. They’re making sure the only food they can consume is the lowest quality food there is, that lacks as many important nutrients as possible. It makes me sick to my stomach.
