The "This Is Really Us" Project

Hi, my name is Emma. Today, I've started the "This Is Really Us" Project. If you're part of the One Direction fandom, you've most likely seen the documentary by Channel Four titled "Crazy for One Direction." You've probably heard the outrage over it - and the rumoured 40+ suicides over it. I think it's time that we show the boys who we really are. That's why I started this project. I'm looking for people to submit photographs, fan videos, letters, anything that we could use in this video. I'm looking for what Directioners really are. On 1 September, 2013, I am going to finish collecting the entries for "This Is Really Us." It will be made by the fans, but for the world. Perhaps One Direction might see it, if it gets big enough - if it goes viral. But, of course, I can't start the project without first - the fans. I need you to spread this project. Reblog this post. Spread the word on Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, any social networking website you are on. Tag it with #ThisIsReallyUs and #ThisIsReallyUsProject. There will be more information in later posts if you are not sure what to talk about, or what to say. Spread the word. Because this is the real Directioner fandom.
