i wholeheartedly agree! while ayaka herself is a diligent young adult, she holds a great deal of respect for those she considers to be her elders or superiors. ayaka, to me, appears to tirelessly strive for personal betterment. no matter what she may accomplish, she will always find room for improvement ( in no small part due to her quiet insecurities, expressed most candidly with regards to the responsibilities she may shoulder in the future should anything become of her brother, ayato. ) jean is seamlessly the kind of woman that ayaka would aspire to become; the kind of woman that will age gracefully & beautifully within her boundless wisdom & patience. i have a soft spot in my heart for ayaka eagerly expressing her worldviews & ideals with the women that inspire her, and just imagining her eyes light up as they converse.
