I don't believe it's a country problem, but the individual who commits the act. The problem begins, and usually ends with them...but not before things get out of hand.

Which is true, but you have to admit we’ve been seeing more and more of a trend in recent years. People didn’t use to go into elementary schools and shoot up a classroom full of 5 year-olds, but now? We’ve come to expect it.

Giving up the fight is not consent. It's knowing that nothing will change, it's saying "no" and "stop" over and over to someone who isn't listening, it's not being strong enough to push you off of me, it's realizing that it might just be easier to take it than deal with the reprecussions, it's not wanting to lose a friend, and it's being afriad of being "one of those girls." It is a lot of things... but it is NEVER consent.
