She was falling. Rocketing down toward the ground below her at incredible speeds. She couldn't even breathe properly with how fast she was traveling. Desperately, she moved her hand to grasp at one of the pins clipped to her beanie.
Please work, please work...!
She focused and... there! Her body was engulfed in flames, flames that formed a protective bubble around her tiny form. Then, she hit the ground, the impact being absorbed by the flaming shell encasing her. The resulting noise was loud, a roar as all the energy the bubble had absorbed with expelled around her, blowing a number of things back.
Then, the time was up, and the flames disappeared. Rhyme fell to the ground heavily and panted, not able to move for the time being.
