Apparently a mild concussion.

yeah, I'm not surprised to be honest :/ he was very disorientated when he originally left the pitch, and then when he was helped off the bench, too, just looked really confused and out of it 

hope it's not too bad though and he recovers quickly and fully

Ahahaha, true! It's great to see the youngsters (Kroos, bb!) have come into their own and even with Schweinsteiger and Klose on the bench they're still doing great.
