Asked:
1. If you could spend one week in any fictional universe, which would it be? It would be a bad move, because I have read the books multiple times and I know how vicious the animals would be, but I'd like to visit the post-apocalyptic world in the Guardians of Ga'Hoole. The only consolation is that it'd be gorgeous, unpolluted, and I'd probably be worshiped by owls (before having my eyes gauged out).
2. What is something that you find hilarious, but others don’t seem to find as funny? I have a pretty sadistic sense of humor. I used to tell a lot of stupid dead baby jokes (What's funnier than a dead baby? A dead baby in a clown suit!) but I only found them funny because of how idiotic they were. One time I heard a story about a guy murdering his family on Christmas, while dressed as Santa and I laughed at that, but no one else did. Whoops.
3. If you could spend one night with any fictional character, who would it be and why? Ah, any fictional character played by Benedict Cumberbatch, just because, you know, he is sex. Preferably him as Stephen Hawking in his cutie patootie stage or Sherlock.
4. What would be your dream house? Massive library, a heap of rooms, lots of wardrobe space for cosplays, a fireplace, secret bookshelves and crawl spaces and rooms, a pool, enough space for ten dogs and a million cats, a stable and some paddocks.
5. What was the last thing you lost? My virginity. Alternatively, my debit card. Technically, the debit card wasn't lost, I just left it in Mum's car.
6. What is something everyone seems to love, but you can’t see the appeal of? It used to be Martin Freeman before the heavens opened and I saw the light. I never saw the appeal of The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones?
7. What is the first thing you tend to notice about someone when you first meet them? Their smile and/or their teeth, then their body/weight and hair. I don't usually pay attention to their faces (especially their eyes) because I can't maintain eye contact.
8. If you could go back one year and give yourself advice, what would it be? You don't actually have to go to university.
9. What was the last song you fell instantly in love with? She Keeps Me Warm by Mary Lambert, but I fell in love with it ages ago. I just rediscovered it today.
10. Name something that reminds you of your childhood There is so much stuff because I had a really cultural upbringing, but, despite all the culture, I would have to say that it's tomato and salt on buttered toast. My Mum used to leave me at my grandmother's for a few days and I would always ask for it and it was perfection.
11. What do you love the smell of? I just really like the smell of the soap/detergent/washing powder aisle, okay?
