        It was already a peculiar sight seeing anyone sunbathing but he wasn’t expecting a vampire to freely lounge outside on the ground. He was INTRIGUED by the sight that he nearly makes a slow beeline towards where she been laid upon the grass, taking a seat right next to her and leaning back to peer up at the trees she was talking about. Spring is one of his favorite seasons right along with summer - there was just something about warmth upon cold skin that made him so comfortable. Thankfully, he didn’t burn. ❛ I wish it was spring all year round.... I don’t like the colder months. Flowers just make the world seem brighter. ❜

--- The oni rather enjoyed hot springs, they reminded him of time spent with his queen of sorts. Aside from the initial allure of course, came the appreciation for the way hot mineral waters tended to relax his muscles and allow the knots and kinks to work themselves out of his body. He was a fighter, an absolute savage, so any chance to settle ease into his body was well received.

--- ...that said, he didn't expect hot springs to ever belong to anyone in specific. Not that he much cared, perfectly ready to fight someone if they tried to force him from the premises- he'd always been a punch first, ask questions later type. Mismatched hues narrowed as he lifted gaze to the one intruding upon his bath.

--- ' Eh? It's a hot spring, the one that don't belong here is you. Get lost before you annoy me. ' he growled out, nose in the air as arms stretched, long hair pooling around him with the aid of the water.

truth be told, they’ve never tried devil’s food cake until now. ironic, they suppose, given that it sounds like something every demon and hellion alike should try. a friend once told them that it’s so loaded with chocolate that it’s like sin incarnate. it’s certainly very rich! sorun isn’t sure that it’s sin incarnate, but it does taste extremely delicious. it was probably clear to kinu that they were enjoying their slice of cake, so when she asked for a taste, they happily obliged. sorun cuts off a piece with their fork and holds it out to her, hand hovering under the fork. when she takes the piece, they smile sweetly.
