Today I embark on a journey, not an easy one, but I'll make it worth it. My yoga practice saved my life, once again! And I really can't wait to go home and practice again! 🧘🏼♀️ I am currently at the hospital, in my hometown. After 21 days of hospitalization, and a diagnosis of Pulmonary Hypertension, they told me to go to #bologna hospital, where they can do good to me. I'm scared. This disease has no cure. Just like Diabetes, or HIV. But it can be relieved, almost stopped, according to doctors. And soon I'll go to the #ph center to see into this disease more clearly.
