Today I embark on a journey, not an easy one, but I'll make it worth it. My yoga practice saved my life, once again! And I really can't wait to go home and practice again! 🧘🏼‍♀️ I am currently at the hospital, in my hometown. After 21 days of hospitalization, and a diagnosis of Pulmonary Hypertension, they told me to go to #bologna hospital, where they can do good to me. I'm scared. This disease has no cure. Just like Diabetes, or HIV. But it can be relieved, almost stopped, according to doctors. And soon I'll go to the #ph center to see into this disease more clearly. Stay tuned, because soon I'll be back with #yogaposts! . I've recently read something that has helped me tremendously! The way we feel, and show others, truly affects them. The was that we spread our energy, or vibe, will affect other around us, up to third grade of connection. Isn't this wonderful? Knowing that we could be smiling and instantly change the ambiance around us! . Quick story: I was fighting with my boyfriend once, one of those fights that happen every two days. And in a moment of chill I started laughing and saying "I'm never going to change, deal with it"... And he laughed as well and took my reply as a fact. We were both laughing! Isn't this amazing? .
